Geo Targeted Ads

I found a page for the iPad and testers, and it was GEO targeted, basically 3 people from my city could be a tester and there was a slot left.

I have the code to do something like this. Would be great for Zip-submits. Might be great for a jobs and dating. Jobs would be great to tell them there is a job opening in their area.

Any other ideas?
