I am in need of a Script Or Service that Can Direct a Person to a Page depending on thier GEO Location.. So A Us Offer wont be shown to someone in Germany which isnt worth a shit.

If you have access to a webserver this should not be to hard to put together. Look at geo ip location tools.

you can just use any free geolocation database. there are plenty of them
