How can we capture the exact location of someone on our website without them knowing?

No I mean to where I can zoom in to see their home address

you can get the location, which browser they use , even their age . BUT

"IP addresses are not available in your Google Analytics reports." With ip address you maybe . i dont know.

the exact location to street name and house number you won't get it, maybe a rought estimate of the location and that is what cookies are for, using cookies as many other sites do they allow you to capture a lot of info in the website.
