Here is my problem. I get a lot of traffic from countries from where I don't really want to have any visitors. They end up increasing the bounce rate and decreasing the time spent on the site. I want to keep my website international, but keep the traffic from ex. Europe, U.S and Australia.

    1) Is there a way to tell to Google that you would like to be displayed in Organic Search Results for specific countries and leave out the ones you don't want to be displayed?
    2) Does IP blocking of certain countries result in some sort of a penalty?

What is your experience guys? Share you thoughts :)

    1) Only of you set up three sites in Google Webmaster Tools (that being three domains, sub-domains or folders).
    2) I think it could be in violation with Google's guidelines in terms of what you present to the visitor doesn't match what you present to the search engine.

Try to insert a few GEO Tags in your <head> section of your website, Google will recognize where your business is situated and your listing in and around your country will be higher.Depends also on the location of your hosting company as well

The Geo tagging seems to be a bit too targeted. I just want to avoid traffic from India, Indonesia, Bangladesh etc.
