Yes I am crazy.
Reason I've made that post is because I know what you wanted. You may have packed it in a nice wrap but there's a pattern in all posts like that.

  1. You are 3rd year in CS, yet you don't know such a basic thing as how software works. If you would, you'd know you can't look at the source code. Also, even non-tech people recognize a vbulletin platform.
  2. You want to see the source code to learn. Yeah right.
  3. The statements you made and the question you asked just don't "click".
This is a nice community, don't get me wrong here. We help newbies who spend their time to learn and have a problem they need help with, but we don't like lazy people that want solutions without even trying to understand the basics.

I just started learning last night with developing on facebook! its so much fun when you see an app or fanpage you created function for the first time haha
 
View page source won't work on something as complex as this forum
Go to google.com
In the search box enter free forum software
download the forum software
unzip and look at the files
If you want to build a forum and you don't have a website.
put free web hosting into google OR
If you want to open the forum in the controlled environment of your computer
put xampp into google
download it
put setting up your own webserver into google
setup a forum to tinker with
