Genuine Facebook likes disappearing

Has anyone else had a problem with this? I ran a Facebook ads campaign for a client that got over 1,000 likes over a three day campaign. On the start of day four over 700 of those likes had disappeared.

Just last night I started a page like campaign for one of my own pages. I checked it this morning and the front end (the actual page) is showing the number of likes then +945 this week. Now after a few hours have passed it still is showing +945 (this week) but the actual page likes don't take this into account. This morning the add account said the campaign had received over 1,000 page likes, but now the campaign is showing just 125 page likes.

What the hell is going on? I'm sure it can't just be me having these problems. Is Facebook freaking out when people figure out how to run a good ad campaign or something?

I have an other problem. When people like one of your post, you can invite them to like your page. But since 10 days, they don't receive any notification you invited them to like your page. So, it means it's totally useless to invite them to like your page. Does anyone has this problem as well ?

Strangely enough it has all balanced out now! My likes have all reappeared!
