Either as a Freelancer or a Business?
Looks interesting and would be grateful for feedback from both students and businesses.

Not tested it but depending what you are looking for could be interesting.

What I saw:
How much is the membership fee to access the marketplace?
Our membership fee is $49/month for one apprentice.
Can I get more than one apprentice?
Yes you can. You can upgrade your membership to the Pro or Gold plan which allow 2 or 3 apprentices respectively.

They work up to 40 hrs per month so ~ $1.23 per hour, so very cheap if you have a good use and can train/provide feedback, if not they offer to connect you to freelancers starting at $20 / hr
