Hello

consider these 2 domains : 1. aaaaa.org 2. aaaaa.uk

they are equal with anything except their extensions. If you want to start a website with UK traffic so which one you choose? which one is better for UK?

Thanks in advance:)

I would go for the .uk extension regarding the traffic source.

if you use .org then you need to Change the Geo Target in Webmaster Central ... but if you use .co.uk its geo targetted and will rank you better in Google.co.uk

If you targeting UK then go for .uk as .cc is a low value extension in regards to serp

go with the uk extension. If your website is for a local business or service then use .uk.

I thought .cc was de-indexed a while ago? That was the malware extension :).

I would think that you could do .org and something like uk.aaaa. org / london.aaaa. org canada.aaaa. org and then target your on page seo? I might be wrong in thinking this because I have never tried it, but it seems logical?

It is obvious that we need to have the links from .uk as you need traffic from UK. Is this a question to be asked .. lol

If you are going for UK, then choose .uk because of 2 reasons:
1. Google will instantly give a priority in local search.
2. Visitors form UK are more likely to click on .uk domain
