Generating Income from Video Streaming Sites

So, we are working with someone on monitising their Video Streaming site. I'm hoping some you you fine fellow BlackHatters can help turn us into the right direction on working with Advertisers, and ways to Monetize. Our site is getting about 300k a day and growing. 6.5 Million Page Views a month.

What ad networks pay well and work with Video Sites?

Are their any non traditional ways to generate income?

What are some of the best ways to Monetize? I'v heard of some guys making like 350k a month with 300k uniques a day. Who are they working with!?
