Generating free safe articles for Adsense website?

Hi guys.
I'm trying to make my website fresh all the time at least 2-4 posts per week.
i finding it hard on how to get safe articles that comply with AdSense policy. I don't know if Copy/past would work, but it's bad.

Please give any recommendation. or how are you getting free articles for your money site?
