I go on youtube when I'm stuck with anything related to wordpress themes or plugins and generatepress is very popular among webmasters, there are a ton of videos. You may even find videos that guide you from start to finish about how to create a good looking and a functional website.

I must say it's the best theme for me now.
Took me some time to learn but it's worth investing time and money.
If you find it annoying just watch the Playlist by the admin bar channel dedicated to GP on Youtube it will make you feel better for sure.

I don't know what it is so complicated, when i first installed GP it was indeed weird because i was used to all those themes that had a menu where you could change/edit everything, once you get used to it, you will reconsider your opinion.
Generatepress and Astra are two of the most stable and fast wordpress themes you can find.
Waste 1-2 hours on youtube, and you will get used to it.

A good channel on YT is The Admin Bar, a lot of good stuff on GeneratePress.

That's my experience coming from elementor.
But I reckon if you are new to wordpress and use generatepress as your first theme. It's easier to understand than other themes + elementor.

Just watch his playlist dedicated to GP it helps a lot.
He keeps adding videos
Plus there are others like WP tuts and Adam Wright Design too.

I started using WordPress on 2017 tried a lot of WP theme and I tried GP. since 2020 and was and still my favorite theme.

One of my favorites is the Popcorn theme as well.
OK, so I got GeneretePress some time ago but had no time to install it. After I read this I think I will not even try it
I am too lazy and have no time for such complicated sh*t.
So what can you suggest: I need very nice-looking themes, but extremely simple to install! I don't want to spend hours trying to get what its all about, where to change header, footer, menu, etc. Preferably it should be ready to use just without even change anything
