Generated Facebook e-mail addresses- E-mailing them 10 at a time?

I've scraped several Facebook groups and have their UID's in a CSV file. From my understanding, one can send 10 e-mails per hour per IP to the at facebook e-mail addresses. Most people say its not much, and don't go down this road. Yet, I think it would work will for my niche. Is there a macro or some software where I can accomplish this? Maybe generate a mail merge, and then send via Outlook at 10 e-mails per hour? Maybe rotate between several IPs at a time?

Any tips and tricks would help!
