Old school promotion / SEO. Gotta generate buzz around your app. Post it on stumbleupon, reddit and buy some facebook exposure from other popular pages / members.

if you can make multiple accounts easily, spam on other groups walls. post in add me groups to get friends on the accounts, once you got a couple of thousand friends post it on your own wall and tag random people. Think out side the box aswell 
There's loads of ways without having to pay, the easiest way though is to do what others said and pay to promote it on pages. That beats just spamming it as you normally get removed as soon as the page admin spots it.
