Generate niche leads at a lower cost any suggestions

I am currently generating niche leads between $14 - $20... I would like to get this price down as low as possible in two weeks. Any suggestions?

He's right, we can hardly help without that much information about your lead generating tactics..

I am mainly using ppc and cpa... I have some directories, a few landing pages and my niche is EDU leads. I haven't done much SEO... I have been content with what i have been paying to generate these leads until recently i found a vendor that was selling these same leads for under a dollar until they realized the demand for them and raised the price to pretty much what i am currently getting them for... I would like to know what they are doing to be able to sell them so cheap...
