Generate IOS POP Calls

I am looking generate ios pop calls targeting 60+ aged victims using google ads. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
Anyone experienced or currently generating calls are much more welcomed just need to figure it out as i have all the required tools
just facing trouble as in getting clicks but no calls.

wont it be better if u use Imessages to bulk send 60+ phone leads. u will get alot better calls
