Hello all,

I was thinking about using Bing translator to create a website/blog with automatic content generated by translating content of another website.

Did people try this before ? Can be successful with Google search engine ?

I want to discuss this idea with you guys.

Use the search there was a thread a few weeks ago... Its against Google guidelines SE as well as Adsense...

Manually check the translated content and rewrite it if needed so that flow of the post matches.

If you put the translated content into a post without manually checking all the sentences then you are inviting trouble.

Rewriting translated content is OK with Google/Adsense etc.

Only problem i see is copyright part of it. But it is very hard to trace the culprit.

The translation from bing is not all time correct and accurately. The translated content should be manually checked with language native speaker.

Have done this a few times no problems at all and the pages get indexed in Google too

I've done this several times using English to Bulgarian. Most niched are very easy to rank in Bulgarian and I chose the diet niche. I had 3 sites all on pos 1 in Google. Problem was, the adsense CPC is was very low so they didn't make much money.
I transalted around 1000 articles and I just published them as they came out of G Translator. I had no problems at all.

I agree with bullsbear, don't just translate if you don't want problems with Google, make sure to always manually check and edit your translated articles.

Once you have planned to translate the articles then it would be effective if you check it manually. This manual checking helps you to avoid problem and gives you an article flow.
