it is a bot that you put the url in and it post to the sites. I would like to get the list and just use it with scrapebox.

These are links to a script made by Scripteen - a member of this forum. Where people have put his script up and not added it to robots.txt so it can't be found.

You'll probably find that most of these links are to the servers of people on this forum.

Also, all these scripts ping the same location. So it doesn't have any benefit to do each one.
