I wanted to know, if you wanna buy a VPS and it says like: xx Core processor, xGB RAM, xxGB SSD...
So is the SSD space you get monthly? Like do they delete everything on the SSD every month and what do you do when you have data you want to keep?

As long as you pay it, you keep it. If you dont pay it you lose the data.

correct that is the amount of space that you are given on that server. As long as you pay your hosting bill you can use up to that amount of space.
