I am about to install a phpbb3 forum onto a newly acquired domain.

I am not very good with stuff like this, so I came here to ask.


What do I need to do FIRST to maximize the viewers of this board.

really depends on the topic of your forum. go and look for sites in the same topic and spam them is what i would do. Next to that be sure to have valuable information on the forum, otherise noone will stick.
