General rules to write a c program to disable pc exxternal things like pendrive....

Rangers, I'm not being rude -- just direct. If you are asking people to help you and want helpful answers, you need to invest some time in crafting a question that accurately describes your situation and what you need help with. Half a sentence can't do anything but get a response like this one. Also, if you aren't willing to put five minutes in to writing a question, there aren't many people that are going to put in any time at all helping you. Like most things in life, the more you put in to it, the more you get out of it.
