Hi, just like to introduce myself and have a few questions i hope a member could help me out with.

Are all the services here blackhat hence unsafe methods??
If so how long would it take usually to get blacklisted? and why do people use blackhat? is it for short term gains knowing they will get banned and delisted in the future?

I see some services say they are panda/penguin and 100% white hat - but someone also said this is blackhat world - hence everything is black hat?

i'm a little confused if someone could help me out here.
Thanks.

According to Google, all methods of building links are against their ideology. At the very core, building links is 'blackhat.' It just depends on how far you want to push it. Realistically, though, the current state of SEO allows for artificial linkbuilding. You just have to make sure your link profile looks natural. That's a whole different topic.

1: Varies. Again, the idea is to look as natural as possible. If you do a good job, you could theoretically be at #1 forever and never be penalized. If you don't you could be taken down in 2 weeks.
2: We use it because it works.
3: When done with the right strategy, it can be either short or long term. Blackhatting isn't a method. It's an idea. It's doing SEO in ways that many people don't, and often in ways that many people wouldn't encourage for fear of penalization.

Refer back to my first answer. Some services are 'safer' than others.

Blackhat may sometimes be what some call "unsafe", but it's really profitable ;)
