General questions regarding whitehat

Hi there.

I found some keywords in my country that have next to no competition and according to the google keywoord tool they got between 50-90k local searchs.

its health related keywords like: tooth pain, backpain, etc etc

What do you think is better?
1. buy domains related to the keyword and build them as blog/info websites with adsense on them, so purely make money off the many visitors monthly due adsense
2. buy domains related to the keyword and make a blog/info website with Affiliate links on them (for example: online drug store affiliate) where i can link variety of painkiller/painrelief products

Extra question:
There is this website that comes up 1st for keywoord "lower backpain", i checked and the website has nearly 25K backlinks (wtf ), but 90% of them has other anchor text instead of "lower backpain", their anchor is something like "backpain info". So my question is, is it worth it trying to compete for this keyword or not? If i make backlinks with "lower backpain" as anchor, can i beat them on the ranks?

You will probably make more money with affiliate links. Google adsense will only accept registered pharmacies to put adverts on your site, which results in lower competition and hence lower cost per click. Therefore you will likely make less money with adsense for this niche. The vast majority of sites relating to this niche go with affiliate programs for good reason.

What does this have to do with white hat? First, ignore that distinction because it's an arbitrary one of Google's creation. White hat can just as easily be penalized. Secondly, while anchor text still matters, it matters a lot less than what many people think here on BHW. Google uses LSI technology to determine what your site is really about. It attributes certain keywords to your site and uses links as 'votes' in favor of that page. Although the keywords do not exactly match the anchor text in your example, Google's bots are smart enough to appreciate that those votes can count for multiple keywords. I rank highly for keywords I have never ever used in my anchor text. If you want to compete with these guys, you gotta be committed. Good luck!

Mixed anchor text/noise has been better than exact match anchor text for a while now

Buying a related old domain is essential since it's gonna be high pr.

Also, whichever monetization method you choose is ok but i see ad sense working more.
