Hi, community I'm investigating the evolution of cloaking technology. I'm only looking for broad insights regarding what has recently improved or changed; I'm not requesting tools or techniques. We would appreciate any advice from more seasoned members.

You can check the top software tools for this information. Like justclokit and trafficshield

what's the rationale behind a website owner buying trafficshield? Wouldn't they still have to handle the network request of a bot regardless of if they block it from further content? Wouldn't it benefit them to have the bot scan their content?

I think you’re missing the point of why we use it. It’s not about just blocking a request; it’s about filtering.

If you let the Google or TikTok bot scan your actual 'money page' , your account will be banned instantly. The rationale behind using TrafficShield is to show the bot a 100% clean 'safe page' instead.

So the bot 'scans' the safe content and thinks the site is fine, while real human users see the real offer. I’ve been using it for a while now, and without this setup, my ads wouldn't even last an hour. It’s all about hiding the blackhat stuff from the reviewers, not just stopping a network request.
