Gender filter using imacro/javascript?

Hey guys! In your instagram account you can choose your gender. I am wondering if there's a way to filter this using javascript and/or imacros. Thanks in advance!

Instagram API doesnt divulge the gender information so there is no way you can filter out instagram accounts by gender.
It is imposible.

There's APIs to use to detect gender from the name.
