Gemini already beats ChatGPT?

It 100% beats ChatGPT.

Here is my ranking. Keep in mind, I use it for complicated coding mostly, not for daily tasks:

1. Claude 4.0
2. Gemini 2.5 Pro
3. Grok
4. ChatGPT
5. Meta AI (Llama)

ChatGPT made a big step backwards when they decided to remove o1 for plus users.
I concur, I also use ChatGPT mostly for prompting out simple scripting arrays - these days I seem to be spending more and more time going line for line to debug the prompts. Both Claude & Gemini are absolutely solid.

It really depends on your use case.

And sometimes people get really good at prompting one of those and because of that they consistently are getting better results with it which makes them think the AI they are better at prompting is actually better while the difference comes from their prompts.

It doesn't worth paying for Chat gpt
He is down in ranking
Gemini 2.5 pro & 2.5 flash is more than enough in all aspects & have an integration with Notebook lm & veo & drive & all Google services

Ask the AI who defines 100 or 200 prompts and you'll be shocked, then speaks like a snake oil seller oh yeah!

Pay as you go isn't real either, an upfront deposit is required and there is no hard stop for the machine at a certain budget, you could call that fraud.

Is it so difficult for tech giants to program such a hard stop, or do they simply not want to? Easy to answer, right?

When I offer my coaching clients a retainer that costs $3000, it doesn't cost a cent more. Simple, isn't it?

Happy weekend!

My friend is this funny for you that big tech giants blackmail you?

Happy weekend !

For most work, if Gemini 2.5 is free and performs nearly as well, it makes sense to use it. Only pay for ChatGPT if you truly need its unique capabilities or higher limits. Test both for your specific needs.

Gemini and all the other AI's you need good prompt to make them mimmick writing like human, longer prompts, longer discussions then the AI beginns to spin,it writes a lot of hallucinations. At this point stop it, save your putput drafts, clear all AI topics/conversations, clear the brower cache and start new again.

These AI's are endproduct of elite programmers when they hallucinate a lot- really?

Happy weekend

I find chatgpt5 working worse than chatgpt4. I like Gemini more now. For coding, Claude is better

In most rankings, ChatGPT is considered slightly better, but Gemini 2.5 (available for free with higher limits) is very close to ChatGPT models.

Is paying for ChatGPT still worth it? Or just move on and use Gemini for free?
You can compare both for some time. But I still feel chatgpt paid version is better.

I think they are both good at different things but it really depends on what you're aiming to make.

Gemini is catching up fast with chatgpt. If you have an android phone you'd notice this. For example, Gemini can decode a video for you for free, while chatgpt would struggle with the same task.

it really depends on your usecase

chatgpt - end user/roleplay (if you dont go open source)
claude - log in coding
gemini - beast at image gen

Every AI model has its own strength. Mostly I use Claude for coding. GPT-5 Codex is also great for coding, especially bug fixing. Some of my friends got access to Gemini 3.0 and they said its absolutely amazing, lets see how it works out with this one

The one that will surprise us the most will be Meta. Right now they are stuck behind completely, but they hired a lot of experts (especially from the competition). If they do it right and they come up with a great AI model and integrate into their apps and product, their stock might increase a lot. Right now their AI model llama is still crap compared to the other ones.

i think gemini beats chatgpt in image generation

I don't use grok. But if i ignore it, I agree with the list.
