Do not fucking believe this!

I bought a tablet from them and then after 3 weeks of no delivery I tried contacting them to tell them to scrap the order and give money back, got no reply for days. Sent another email, no reply again for 3 days so I tried again a third time and still no response. Opened a Paypal dispute before anything had even been shipped out and the next day they sent a shitty $2 items that had been ordered alongside the tablet just so they had a tracking ID that they could use to delay the dispute.

So now I had to wait for the item to be delivered so that I could open it and prove to Paypal that the item they sent was just a couple of dollars and not what I was wanting which was a few hundred dollars of worth. So eventually after about 8 weeks I finally got my product. Throughout all of this they simply refused to give any indication of what the delay was, when they would send it out or anything. The only correspondence I had from them was the tracking ID that they knew full well was not for what I wanted and was more than a week after I tried to cancel the order.

After submitting a review to trustpilot it became very clear that they post an ungodly amount of reviews to drown out the shitty horrible reviews that they get A LOT of. Some of the positive reviews were along the lines of "Great service, item received quickly after just 3 weeks", like who the fuck is happy with 3 week delivery.

After looking around the net I see reviews posted all over of people saying that the item should be with you within 3-6 weeks, in what world is that a reasonable timeframe for any product regardless of where in the world it is coming from.

If you are looking to drop ship and you don't want 90% disputes on your account I would urge you to find another supplier as nobody West of China would be happy with that kind of delivery timeframe.

Dang. Sounds like you got hit in the gutter. I agree that most people on China are scammers which is why Aliexpress is a good medium to use for ordering.

It's not even like the amount was massively significant but if these guys were selling on BHW they would have the biggest shitlist thread going.

Annoyingly I am seeing tons of youtube vids of their products where the vid creator has been sent the item to review and they have no idea how bad their service and overall business practices are.

True. I really hope people start seeing it and stop supporting the business. That's an unethical way to treat with customers.

gearbest is already a dropshipping store
why would someone dropshipp from dropshippers?
