GDPR and prelanders?

Hello guys! I am new to CPA and I am doing a lot of testing recently and that thing just came to my mind. My prelanders basically are simple HTML with an image and CTA button that redirects the users to the offer. Ofc I use a custom domain and WhoIsGuard as well. My question is that basically I don't collect any information from them through my simple lander but I am using tracker though of course. So how do you deal with that guys? I don't want to have any trouble. Give me some advice

let the pro cpa players take part in this thread and I'd be glad if someone share some example or simple script for that so I apply it.

I just wanted to ask the same question, but i feel the majority here are asians/americans and don't even know what is GDPR or don't bother at all.

I asked some people that do the same and they said that since you are not collecting any info and it's just static page with CTA button it's fine.

A few things to consider -

1. Even if you are not collecting any info, a third party that you embedded in the site might be.
2. Don't track before the user accepts, whatever you track (not even ga and stuffs imo).
3. If you are confident you are not tracking anything, I don't see a reason why you would show a message. If I was 100% confident that the user is not being tracked, I wouldn't show any message.
4. You did not bring the user at your site with some magic spell. They came from a source. If they were tricked into your lander, you along with the network can be fcuked depending on who it is that just visited. Just make sure you are not "associated" with the source of the traffic by any mean (this means, no affiliate links to your network and so on. You don't know why they came).

5. I am thinking how I can expend this to another bullet.

Good info bro share more if it's possible and could you give an example for safe funnel to do this correctly? Is that okay: LP where they get notified about that if they procceed tracker will track their info and if they consent they get redirected to the actual LP

Tracker does collect a lot of information (prolly even more than Analytic etc).

You should create something like "Tracking Consent notice".

Simple search as "voluum gdpr" should give more detailed answers and examples.
