I don't really speak like that but it's my duty as an Australian to educate the masses on basic lingo.
My alias was derived from a miscommunication at Starbucks where they seemingly decided to call me Bleen in front of my peers and it has stuck ever since.
Background you ask? I'm a Chef by trade and find myself hopping between Canada & Australia a lot. It's beautiful. I've also done quite a bit of schooling in Multimedia, predominately Web Design & Video Production which has taken a back burner over the last few years as I explore the culinary arts.
I've been very interested in this forum as a way of re-establishing my skills and getting back in touch with the industry, a lot can change in just a few short years in terms of techniques, standards, best practices etc.
So to all you cheeky internet people, g'day!
