GCS Container IPs for Google use?

This is the plan.
1. Trim Client Desktop Container instance
2. Chrome included.
3. VNC in.
4. Create Google Account.
5. Allow Chrome remote desktop access
6. remove VPN
7. leave
8. Open Chrome on LocalSystem
9. Chrome Remote DT into container.
10. Use new Gmail account/desktop with dedicated IP.

My question is. Are Google supplied IPs good enough for "Google use"?
I can do this on any VPS host, but thier IP neighborhoods suck.
