Gaypal Is Prejudiced!!

I finally got the limits lifted off of my account yesterday but today they freeze a payment to investigate it for "24 hours". 72 hours later they'll say they were backlogged and its approved. They're farming floating interest rates.

I've been keeping close track and they only do this with my foreign clients from Asia, Africa, Russia and the Middle East!

Anyone have experience with these guys or some company like them?

LOG EVERYTHING including Employee Names and I belive they have some kind of identification number.

Lol i have been a member of paypal for like 5 years now and i have had this happen to me before....its not just u and ur freinds....btw im the whitest of white and live in the USA so maybe they hate crackers now.....either way they have only done it a couple times and a couple freezes on my acct to make sure i m who i say i m then i had to fill out a survey haha

unfortunately for honest residents of those regions, more than 90% of fraud comes from IPs belonging to those areas.

Its not really prejudice for them to do extra verification on credit card payments from those areas when in general there is a higher concentration of credit card fraud from those regions.

Soo true. I could care less what ur race is but lots of people use IP's from there (even if through just proxies) that its just easier to descriminate against all of them and not just the bad ones. I dont agree with that way of thinking but can u imagin the work it would take to search for only the bad ones?? Hell china and vietnam are the worst because they wont be extradited to the US so they just steal out cc's and personal info like ssn #'s.

The best thing to do is just follow their rules and im sure after u validate urself enough times and prove u r a good use these random checks will die down big time. Good luck
