A big thank you to Craig and Damien of BHW and UnGagged for asking me to deliver a total of 10 sessions over the 3 days all in Track 3.

I am a Speaker, Business Strategist and Business Growth Mentor passionate about helping Entrepreneurs and business owners accelerate their business growth. We are here for but a blip of time and we need to make it count. 'Play big or go home'.
I get really pissed when I see business owners being told by advisors or family / friends what they can't do or even worse when they tell themselves that it can't be done.
I believe we can grow great businesses that make a difference in the market places we serve, look after our team members and serve our customers and doing it in such a way as we get our business back on our terms, make money and importantly leave a legacy.
I am a down to earth straight talking Brit. As I originally come from the North West of England I say it as it is. I am a student of what works rather than a theorist. Yes I inspire and motivate. I provide growth strategies and help business owners spot new opportunities by joining the dots together in a way they may not have seen. None of this is any good without implementation. I am big on outcomes and accountability.
This year I have had the privilege of creating and running a UK National speaking tour called "Fast Lane to Growth" sponsored by the bank HSBC. During this tour I have worked with 1000s of business owners helping them take their business to a whole new level of accelerated growth.
I work with high growth businesses and blue chip corporates in the UK and Internationally.
A bit about me, I am married, have a 17 month old son (who you may see in Vegas!) and live close to the sea in North Wales, UK and love sailing and the outdoors. On different sailing trips I have sailed from 80 degrees North (600 miles from the North Pole) all the way to St Lucia in the Caribbean. I have also sailed in other amazing places like the Bahamas and New Zealand. I sailed across the Atlantic in 1999.
I am grateful to Damien and Craig for reaching out to me asking me to be apart of the awesome line up at UnGagged2014. I am committed to doing my bit to helping make UnGagged2014 the best unConvention of 2014 and the start of many more to come.
My mission for UnGagged is to help take you from UnGagged to UnStoppable providing you with the mindset, productivity and accountability shifts so that you implement and get the rewards. Implementation = Income.
