Whenever I sign into my cPanel on H*stG*tor, I see the advertisement to get a $100 adwords coupon when I sign up to adwords, which they use as a sign-up incentive.

I was wondering how they generate these vouchers and how I can go about generating vouchers that I can use as a sign up incentive for a different business?

Also, does Adwords have any kind of affiliate program that I can promote to get either a sign-up bonus or lifetime commission on spending?
