Gather FACEBOOK Fan Page ID'S Feature ??

Is it true that there is no way to gather fan page id's to add memebrs of a specific fan page on facebook?
Or is there ways around this? I know FFAP doesnt work for this any more, you can only gather friends from friend accounts not
from pages ! Annoying !
