In case of Stripe I told them the true and because few indian/pakis/3rd world country scammers that purchase my products with stollen credit cards , I pay for what they did and they block my Stripe account. I explain situation to them but they didnt care..
my account blocked since 2 years ago.
Actually I sell gadgets and phone parts, which is legal. but Those guys that start to purchase things with stollen cards they ruin my whole business
try to put on the rule for 3d secure for the nexte time maybe this can help

Same issue, Your business have to be low risk, No dropshipping no high risk like crypto and gambling and alcohol.
