I liked that song when it came out. I had some great laughs at some party's with it. Better than Biebers songs anyways. I couldn't even watch 15 seconds from a video from that guy, and many more like him

This video was botted *naturally* at the beginning so as to be picked virally. Bot has its short-term purpose.

Hah, I remember watching it when it was only around 12M and was only a hit around Asia.

You think he's earned over a dollar per view?

Get real. He's made approx a little over 8 million from the song/vid/etc so far (nothing to sneeze at, but nowhere CLOSE to (a) billion(s). At least that's according to a few articles quoting stats research companies.
