I'm looking for software or a service that can create a whole bunch of "views" to get my new videos off to a fast start. The old "refresh every" trick hasn't worked for many months and I did find one guy that did a great job at a fair price but he is almost impossible to ever contact - like can take weeks

Actually the refresh trick still works, the only constraint is that Youtube will only record 200 views per IP and the reload time delay can vary between 10 secs and 30 seconds. Use ReloadEvery (a firefox plugin) load up your videos in 20 tabs and set it to refresh every 30 seconds, you'll have a couple thousand views in a few hours. Don't forget to change your IP every 30 mins or so using TOR or another IP anonymizer.
