pcpartpicker >> google it. It will help u to select all parts so they are compatible together. Then if you live in Europe go to geizhals.eu and look for the cheapest options for the parts that you want to buy.

What kind of video editing are you planning to do and which games did you have in mind? You can either overspend and get an overkill system or you can budget and get exactly what you need that will run everything perfectly without being overkill.
Monitors anything in the 120-144hz range should be good, just depends on the size you want / response time you are comfortable with.

For video editing you should prioritize CPU clockspeed over core number. Also, make sure that you have at least 16GB of RAM.

There is nothing hard to assemble PC when all parts are compatible... Just watch tutorials on YT. Seriously even kids can assemble PC... Its like lego.
However, if u buy preassembled PC u usually pay 2x for PC...

Yes, they are, typically either 1 on the on-board / 1 in the GPU or both in 1 GPU in the computer itself.
Bigger streamers that have a dedicated streaming PC will usually have a spare monitor hooked up to that dedicated streaming PC (Not their gaming PC) to follow their performance/ their chat (they will also have a spare mouse/keyboard hanging off-camera usually for it)

I can only suggest 4K monitors for video editing. It's more convenient. But for gaming 4K monitor is not a good idea. You need to buy very powerful and expensive GPUs.

If you are not sure about building it on your own, just don't (and don't even listen to people telling you to watch yt tutorials, you'll just destroy the components by making a single mistake). The best thing to do, like I did, is to pick the components (if you are not sure, let an expert give you advices), order them on amazon when they're on sale or just when prices go down and then let someone assemble it for you (better hire someone on the fly instead of a bigger store, so you can get away with few $$).

That's a detailed long reply and I value your time input but I must disagree with u regarding components, price, and your advice to hire someone to assemble.
First of all 1650$ for this? For 1500 I can get a better build that will be more gaming/hustle efficient... ( AMD is the way to go )
Second, I would not buy stuff from amazon, in my other reply here I posted an amazing website where you can find the cheapest place in Europe for parts you need and amazon is usually not the cheapest...
If you would use pcparpicker then all components that you would include in your build must be compatible and in 2020 its plug and play mostly.

Yepp it is. That being said, gaming rigs are overrated. You get less hardware for more price ultimately. This is because of the hype.
Instead, go for an assembled PC. That's the cheaper alternative, and you can choose exactly what you need. Also you can omit stuffs like rgb lighting.. which is totally not needed for video production.
I will leave the suggestion part to those with practical experience...
I don't want to piss off the console lovers, but yepp.. that's true.

AMD is the worst for stability. I need stability on my machine and Intel has no competition. I tried many benchmarks for rendering.
AMD with 64 threads and intel with "only" 32. Well, AMD took more time to render and heat up way more, while intel was way cooler and faster. The AMD trend is all smoke since most software (and games) rely on Intel architecture. I agree with not buying only on Amazon, actually my components were bought from some place in Europe (the gpu is from germany for example). You can't really disagree about someone to hire. It's better to spend like $50 for someone to assemble a PC than breaking a $350+ component. The price I wrote include taxes (22%), because I bought everything from a store, so don't count that +22%

See no problem here... Maybe 5 years ago it was the case but now... Intel processors are more expensive if you are willing to overpay 30-45% for 5% increase in video build time then go with Intel. Also, it depends on what software you use to edit videos. The sweet spot is 8 cores and higher clock speed for video editing (also it depends on software u use).
