So I'm a total novice when it comes to Instagram marketing and growing accounts. The largest account I've owned was a (now deleted) shoutout page with around 1500 followers; but that's about it. I'm looking to start growing accounts again and, since I don't really have much leverage when it comes to asking for shout outs, I started looking at those "get real likes/followers" apps on the iTunes Store. All of them use a virtual currency/point system where you can either like/follow to gain coins, or you can just purchase coins (and therefore followers/likes) with USD.
I was was wondering if anyone has ever successfully gamed or spoofed these apps before? I have a jailbreak tweak that allows me to spoof local purchases for shitty apps, but it seems like all of these apps authenticate purchases with iTunes rather than just trusting that the purchases made were legitimate. Many of these apps also have an "invite friends" method of earning coins which could possibly be exploited, but I haven't really looked into that yet.
