Games provider Casino - Licence

Hello,

as you know the games provider are making a lot of money.

Me and friends have a games provider ready (api / backoffice / frontend ready) but on the legal plans we still searching for a company to help us and give us a legal structure (of course they get a % of our revenue).

Do you know any company that can do that? or do you have a friend who is working for a company like this?

I've serviced a few Casino clients in the past, every single one of them was licensed in Curacao, an island off the coast of Venezuela. They were completely unrelated to one another so I'm assuming that if there's any hotspot for where to get these gaming licenses, it would be in that place.

I'm very curious about this, how easy is this process to start? How much money would I need to put into this before marketing?

I was mainly only working with them in a PR + SEO capacity so I'm not too familiar with the back-end logistics of what is needed to run one successfully. However, they all had pretty sizeable budgets to spend on branding so I'm assuming that business was booming. They are quite limited in where they can advertise due to regulatory restrictions so PR, Influencer Marketing, SEO and black hat SMM is virtually their only real mediums for attracting new clientele.

I believe the Curacao license costs around $20,000 to purchase and you'll likely spend a similar amount building the actual platform. It's definitely lucrative but the upfront cost is not trivial, even by first-world standards.
