SEO-wise, not more than $30 because - as you see in the screenshot below - it has 0 DR. Yes, it does have backlinks, but if those backlinks don't boots its DR even to 1, what's the point of them existing? 
Now, the name of the domain, itself, is not bad. And it seems like an EMD too, which could help in certain cases. Check if the keyword "game program" has any search volume (and how much of it) as I don't have access to SEO tools to check this myself, and - based on that search volume, as well as based on the fact that it's a relatively short / decent name - you might be able to ask somewhere from $50 all the way up to $200 for it (depending on the search volume and on the perceived value of its potential buyer, like i said). I don't think you can get more than $200 for the domain unless someone really likes it and offers you something crazy like $500. But if you price it around the $50-100 range you might be able to get this money for it with some advertising...
Or just try to sell it to a game developer that knows nothing about SEO and you might fool them into throwing $200-500 at you somehow

If I am to assess that thoroughly, I would say I am pricing it @ $300 since it is a 2-year old domain.

It's a bad domain. .net, and "gameprogram" doesn't make much sense grammatically speaking.
you would really buy that domain for 300 dollars? its not worth $300 in my opinion. $200 max maybe to the right end user.
