So, there's been a high number of persons who got their site de-indexed in recent days, most I've seen in a while but still not large enough to be a significant CTRL + A wipe. I've lost 4 sites so far over the last 2 weeks and there seems to be no stopping.
That said, the aim of this thread is to try and find the footprint that google use to select these sites which they remove from their index. It's very clear that they can't and don't just search and remove all the results at the top, that wouldn't really work. So let's try to list a few things that are usually common between sites and see if we can find a pattern..
