get on IG or YouTube. If it's just you playing there's no TOS violation there. Twitch is also fine but Kick is even better
 
that's really normal, but you can try to use a WH page to get your account whitelisted and then to run cloaking page.
 
Gambling on TikTok is quite challenging. I’m limited to broadcasting for just 1 hour.
 
oh, tiktok's rules are quite strict, running gambling ads on tiktok is quite bold, wait a while and see, but I think it will be difficult for this type of service

When it comes to blackhat offers, I prefer Meta ads. TikTok is too strict for running BH campaigns. I can manage WH campaigns, but I haven’t had any luck with BH so far.
 
This topic is very difficult to exist on tiktok. Because tiktok strictly does things that are prohibited by law.
You can experiment on other social networking sites to find opportunities for yourself.

a difficult problem? still no solution now. i think we should run a lucky spin video, don't talk about gambling, just talk about prizes and free then direct users to the telegram channel then take care and send the destination link for customers to try.. that's my personal idea. good luck )
