Gambling Website for Passive Income

I have around 2000 USD to invest instantly and then around 200 USD as cash flow to invest in every month, which should increase once I start making something out of the website.
I am looking to get into Gambling Websites and things.
The only purpose for the same is Passive Income for Long Term.

1. Is it a good idea?
2. Is the plan worthy of decent passive income (Long Term)
3. Are the funds enough?
4. What are the things should I be careful of?
5. I am not looking to invest much time into the project and want to shift it to Automation and or Auto Pilot mode asap.

Time to double the money is not the issue as long as the shit that I am doing is Legal. My target is to start making something from it and then I can take it to whatever heights that I want to when I want to.

Than the budget is very low pls chech gambling license cost (if u want to do it legally near 20,000$) and website development cost and than promotions
