Gambling Leads/Bulk Email software solution?

Hi,

I have 20+ years in Blackhat BUT 0 experience in bulk mail.

As part of the acquisition campaign for a new product, I have bought a player database of 500k depositing players, in my opinion, near impossible to not hit ROI with this kind of data.

The database is of too high value to outsource the project and I am too paranoid to load it into a hosted service so I am looking for something I can do:

Run on a dedicated server
Run on Windows server (hopefully)
Schedule campaign
Manage unsubscribe
Utilize the SMTP of provided email accounts for the sending

I know this kind of software exists, any suggestions or experience/advice?

SendInBlue is the best software for bulk mail, you should look into it.

What I would recommend:

1. try and run the list through email list cleaners, there are free ones if you search.
2. if you have any way to determine age of the newest players, I would split your list according to age. If your email list is in csv file, google csv splitter.
3. when you write your email copy, do a spam check on it before sending. You can google “mail meteor spam checker” for a free tool, it’s pretty reliable.
4. if emailing from a new domain, I would recommend splitting it up into different lists per domain as well, ie email from a few different domains so it all doesn’t become blacklisted.

He is actually looking for a solution which doesn't rely on others, because he wants to protect his lead data from third-party services.

- Use Max Bulk Mailer tool for mass-mailing.
- Set up your own SMTP to be used in the max bulk mailer tool. There are multiple different ways to do this. Check on YouTube "how to set up your own SMTP"
