If your google account is kept suspended even with white page without any cloak code, it indicated that google has fount your footprint, so you have to change every thing
such as your hosting server and hosting server IP, login IP of the google account, domain name ... just start from the fresh start with all different resource.

Not necessarily. It can also happen if the campaign setup is shitty or / and if the landing page (website) is shitty.
NOTE : "Shitty" above refers to the campaign setup / landing page (website) being judged as / appearing as shitty to the algorithms of Google Ads.
Next, OP may ask, "What may be wrong with my campaign and / or landing page (website) ?
So, I will clearly answer that in advance :-
To know what MAY be wrong (shitty) with the campaign setup and / or website, members would require a super duper high quality crystal ball. But, the issue again is, that such a super duper high quality crystal ball, does not yet exist.

I have the same problem here, trying to got some new advice, I'm using wix site for G-ads some of them that I used ever been work with gambling keyword for almost 3 days with good traffic but then still got suspended with "kebijakan mengakali system"
