Gambling Bookie Business - Payment Gateway

Okay, so here we go. I currently got a asian sportsbook bookie license to open gambling accounts for agents. That means, I can recruit agents under me and that way, they can recruit more gamblers under them. So it goes something like:

Company
-> ME <-
Agents
Members

So, the question is, how can I use my Internet Marketing skills to leverage on this advantage I have? To make it more specific, what payment gateway can I use to manage all my transactions? Paypal, Check2out and etc STRCITLY prohibits such activities and will probably ban my account.

Any ideas guys?

I am aiming Asian countries only since it is a Asian sportsbook website.

I have a sports website that has 60,000 visitors a month and growing if you have anything they may be interested in.
