Hello, I am looking for a site for gambling affiliations. Which ones do you recommend?

Is CPA or Revenue Share better for this type of business? Thank you

Revshare is good if you get longterm players and there is chance of positive or negative.
Using cpa, you can make good money if you are having huge traffic. One time money and profitable.
 
Approximately how much do they pay in cpa? What are the best networks for gambling?

depends on the deal normaly you get around 25-45% RS and cpa is on like you argue with the manager. but for unknown casinos, they will give you "test deal with cap" around 20 player to check the quality and after this you have a talk again.
