yes it is possible, but it has some grey area where you video might get deleted. it's a very thin line.

You need to make sure that you mention it is a gambling related video and also add disclaimers. Make sure you follow the guidelines of youtube. We have had tons of clients with gambling videos and channels that did great with no issues.
Make sure you promote with some good views services it may help boost your videos.
