Gambling Ads (need helps)

Hi,

I have some few questions about it. May you guide me, please?

I'm trying to run gambling ads that are restricted in my country, as I read many threads they are suggesting to use cloaking techniques.
I also do like that, I purchased VPS and old aged account. I also created a target ads site already as a game site.
Now What I've to do next is verify to google ads right?

But I'm concerned about filling these form.

I don't think I'm gonna pass so I read a lot of thing in this forum and still can't find the solution.

So, the questions are;
Should I try to submit the form?
If I being disapproved will I re-submit?
What is the warming process?
or I missing something before these steps and What do I have to do now?

You have to Apply for certification to promote gambling

If you are, and it sounds like you are, a social casino game operator, you need to use this form (same link you provided above) to submit your website URL or App, Google Ads customer ID (CID), and country group you are targeting.

Once you're certified, you should be good to go.

I've sent the campaign. And yeah! Isn't approved.
So, What should I do now? Can I change the whole page content of my ads site or start fresh with the new domain?
What if I avoiding by using another approach likes from casino to something else that doesn't relate to gambling

Regardless of what is your white page aboout , you cannoy choose keyowrd slike "online casino" etc , ads will be disaporived

What's the best way to pass the campaign? Should I cloak by doing normal ads and sent the form that irrelevant to gambling and attaching relate keywords? Will it be possible?

This is what i was phasing issue when i have started first time but after we got success and cracked the google algorithm
