Gaining More Facebook Fans

Hi,

Ive got a facebook fan page set up it has around 1,800 fans.


Couple of questions / comments

1. How can I explode this into a decent sized fanpage with alot of interaction (the fan page is one of those funny quote ones which updates every four hours via RSS from the actual website)

2. Where is a reliable source to buy fans?

3. I only have 3 fake accounts, having a hard time gaining friends...ive joined groups but still failing to get where i want to be....any tips?

4. what is the best tool to mass friend request/confirm and supports multiple accounts
